Sjaak's, a very local firm in my new home town, is, I gather, a dutch family business. Me, I like their pinapple cream fondant in dark chocolate, sigh; I think it is called Bon Aire.
The store is in our city plaza, a block away from our office, and a half block from Humboldt Bay....
Plus, you can order on line.
Me, I'd do that when it isn't 95 out, but that is just me.

Discovered a new chocolate yesterday, 73% cocoa in delectable subtle flavours like lemon and lavender, it's called NewTree and I think it's Belgian
so NewTree is the new word to associate from!
