(just an aside about "God didn't make little green apples/And it don't rain in Indianapolis in the summertime..." -- I worked for a company that had Muzak, and this song was on one of the tapes. The singers, for some unknown reason, put the acCENT upon the wrong sylAble, and sang "it don't rain in Indiana-PO-lis..."
I can't even read the lyrics without hearing that in my head...)
