Y'know BPB, when Eric is okay, I hope you'll show him how many people, all over the world, people who've never met him, have been pulling for him. When you announced that setback, I felt like I wanted to cry, and of course I don't know him at all, not really, not personally.

Eric's lucky to have a friend like you.

I'm going to be posting an address and asking people to send him cards so he will know....and thanks......as for being lucky to have me for a friend...I suppose it depends on who you talk to

More bad news and complicatons on Eric I'm afraid....he's still bleeding.....turns out it is his spleen after all....normally they would take it out but it's the only thing holding in organs on that side of his body because of the absence of ribs or muscle..... and no one has ever tried to patch a spleen before....so they are just trying to pump blood in faster than he's losing it in the hope it will coagulate and stop.........in other words after all this good work and progress it sounds like he could now bleed to death........we are praying for him hard here.....
