Michael Hanczyk appeared in a Pennsylvania court to fight a drink-driving charge -- boozed out of his mind.
A judge stopped the hearing and ordered Hanczyk, who reeked of alcohol, to take a breathalyser test.
The test revealed that he had a blood-alcohol level of more than three times the legal limit.
Clever move! Perhaps it was just Dutch courage, but that's just incredibly stupid.
The only thing that never changes apart from change is stupidity....
