A joint law enforcement task force on Wednesday arrested the highest ranking leaders of the Bandidos Motorcycle Club, all from Texas, after a 23-month investigation.
The suspects are: National President Jeffrey Fay Pike, 60, of Conroe; National Vice President John Xavier Portillo, 56, of San Antonio; and National Sergeant at Arms Justin Cole Forster, 31, of San Antonio.
They are accused of directing, sanctioning, approving and permitting other Bandidos members to commit murder, assault, intimidation, extortion and drug trafficking, the U.S. Attorney's office said Wednesday. Forster is also charged with possession and intent to distribute methamphetamine.
