Have you ever wondered if there is more to life than just playing, working, marrying, raising a family, and growing old?

@blueveinedthrobber,
lol, sadly that is true. But it's interesting to note something the Bible states at Psalm 37:29. It says: "The righteous will possess the earth, And they will live forever on it."

This reveals a bright future we can look forward to.

I'm getting there. When I first came here and heard you talking about it raining holy rollers, I didn't know what you were talking about.

I do now.

@anthony1312002,
We will live forever on the Earth because we will decompose and become part of living plants maybe.

@anthony1312002,
As an animal species, humans have done pretty well. Look at what we have today compared to just 100 years ago. Humans have sent men to the moon, and rockets to Mars. We now enjoy easy communication around the world when not too long ago (and probably still is in many places), village to village communication was difficult. Even on a2k, we can communicate with many around the world.

Something tells me the Islamist Terrorists roaming the Earth haven't read this specific Psalm. They're of the belief that they will "possess the earth" and "live forever on it". And if this is the case (!), there can be no "bright future " for anyone to look forward to!

Recall the "Bible" was written by a variety of humans, each having his/her own agenda over the course of time. So, take what you read, with a grain of salt.
