Birth father

Hi I'm trying to find my birth father who I never met and he doesn't know I'm on this earth. And it's been hard for me to find him. I looked him up I sent him a message idk if it's my real father and I haven't heard anything I'm stuck idk what else to do. Before I get married I wanna find him so he can come to my wedding. We haven't set a date yet for the wedding.
