A new Russian book is encouraging people to have more sex - at work!
Kamasutra In The Office even advises amorous colleagues on how to make the very best of office furniture and equipment to aid their lovemaking while the boss is away.
The book has explicit photographs demonstrating office passion and was written by sex expert Neonilla Samukhina.
She is the founder of the St Petersburg Soitology Institute. Soitology, she says, is the study of coupling, and she insists more people need to make love on their boss's desk.
"The office is almost a second home," she told The Sun newspaper, "and sex is one of the most important aspects of human life."
Neonilla believes the office lift is one of the best office locations to ignite your passion.
"On the way to the office, when you go for lunch or head home, an elevator offers a big temptation for lovers," she claims.
"Photocopiers can provide good props or you can incorporate them into your lovemaking by copying your intimate moments. But don't forget to take the evidence home with you!
"Our institute wants to reveal the phenomenon of the love affair in the office. We want to explore sexuality as the means of influence on business negotiations, as the means of recreation in business and as the means of charisma."
And she has a tip for bosses; hire equal numbers of men and women
