Man works 40 hours per week every week.
Charge out rate £45 an hour which includes profit at 12%
if that man only worked 39 productive hours one week, due to a call back because he did something wrong .(total 40)

How much would it actually cost the company, taking into account he has lost an hour that he could of been making new money, etc
