"Uptight" Germans can't relax

BERLIN (Reuters) - Most Germans don't know how to relax and remain uptight even hours after leaving work, according to a survey published on Sunday.


Three quarters of German women and 63 percent of German men said they were unable to relax during the work week in the survey of 5,000 people who completed an Internet questionnaire for the sport university in Cologne.


The study also found that only 19 percent of the women and 25 percent of the men considered relaxation an important part of their daily routine, according to the results published in Vital magazine
