Curious...how did everyone go about getting their ACA plans or health coverage last year? Does everyone in here go through the government website or an insurance agency to get their plans?? I am just starting to investigate what my options are and wanted to find out what people did last year and what people are planning on doing this year?

I haven't had too much luck with healthcare.gov, it was a disaster last year and there are a few doctors that I need to make sure I can still see depending on the plan I pick. A friend of mine recently told me about an agency that works with all of the carriers so I can speak with an actual agent/person to talk about my situation. Wasn't sure if I can mention the name of the company to see if anyone has had experience with them before I call them today.
