What the hell is this?!? A termite???

This was chilling on the baseboard in my sons room this evening. When I shined a light on it it beat feet and slithered back down into the...wall??!

I came back 10 minutes later and it was there hanging out again. I know we have termites. Could this be one? Subterranean possibly?

Need a better picture to identify it, but it's definitely not a termite.

It looks like it has built a web tube for itself to travel in, and no termite does that.
