EU national UK resident seeking assissted suicide

Hello,

I'm seeking a legal route for assissted suicide on the basis of psychological/mental disorder. I am aware that in countries such as Belgium and Switzerland, doctors legally administer euthanasia on this basis. Would anyone advice me on the requirements (incl. any financial costs) I would have to fullfil in order to be helped please?
