Well Dale, do you know the old saying, "You get what you pay for."? Well with A2K I get a whole hell of a lot more than I pay for so no, I do not resent having to manually type a few characters for the seldom used BBCodes. Would it be nicer if all of the A2K implemented BBCodes were in the toolbar? Yes, and maybe in the next revision of A2K if there ever is one, the BBCode editor toolbar will be expanded. Meanwhile I am happy that at least the functionality is there.
Do you really use "strike" often enough that 15 characters is a problem? If so, you could save on typing the brackets and / by picking the
B from the BBCode toolbar and replacing the "b" with "strike". That would properly place the brackets and reduce your typing to 10 characters.
Other available functional codes besides "strike" that do work in A2K which are not in the toolbar are
Code:[youtube][/youtube]
for embedding youtube videos in a post.
Code:[list][/list]
to create lists such as
Code:[list][*]Red[*]Blue[*]Yellow[/list]
