A man with a foot fetish in Pennsylvania has launched surprise assaults on women and girls, sucking their the toes and kissing their feet.
A 12-year-old told police she was reading at the library when the 21 year-old started kissing her feet.
At a nearby park, a woman told police she dozed off while sunbathing and woke up to find him sucking her toes. The man now faces charges of indecent assault, stalking, corruption of minors and harassment.
