I wonder if I can say, for example, 1) I play volleyball on Monday and Tuesday instead of 2) I play volleyball on Mondays and Tuesdays?

I've seen these two versions in some English books and wonder which of them is more accurate to say.

I'll ask you one more question about this topic if you don't mind.
if I, for example, say: "I play football on Mondays", the question to this sentence would be “What day do you play football?” or “What days do you play football?”

@Nat093,
Well, there could be more than one question, although those might be some of them. Someone might also ask you "What do you do Mondays?" or "What are you doing Monday?" or "Do you want to get together Monday?"
