A French prisoner serving 30 years for murder and cannibalism has now been charged with killing another inmate - and eating his brain.
The unnamed man, 36, had to be overpowered by eight people as he fed on his victim's brain after smashing the man's skull open with an ashtray at a lockup in Saint-Maur.
"He says he doesn't remember anything of what he did," prosecutor Stephanie Forax said

Gustav - of course you're right on this. I wonder how Cheney and Halliburton are making a buck on this one? GASP - could it be the French have privatized their prisons, and the evil Halliburton has the contract?
