@hawkeye10,
Definitely nothing northeast of New York. North Dakota is another. There might be a few I've missed along. Oh yeah, Alaska and Hawaii.

I was toting my pack along the dusty Winnemucca road
When along came a semi with a high an' canvas-covered load
"If you're goin' to Winnemucca, Mack, with me you can ride."
And so I climbed into the cab and then I settled down inside
He asked me if I'd seen a road with so much dust and sand
And I said, "Listen, I've traveled every road in this here land!"

@hawkeye10,
Hawaii and Alaska.
Couldn't be bothered to fly there.
BTW a tour with a band in 2001 encompassed 40 states and made me realize this is a huge and gorgeous country.
Still. When I got back to S Florida....I was home.
@hawkeye10,

Alabama
Alaska
Hawaii
Iowa
Kentucky
Mississippi
Nebraska
North Dakota

A few of my visits to some states were drive-through but still count as visits, nonetheless. Quite a few visits were part of a camping trip while driving cross-country (and Canada) in 1979. Some were added to as a result of being in USAF active regular and USAF Reserves).
Just Mississippi and Alaska. This is what happens when you have parents who insist that you see the country, plus later in life you work as a road warrior. Both states were small territories for the company where I was a legal auditor. I did audit in Hawaii.
Pro tip - don't go to Hawaii to do an audit.
@jespah,
Road warrior, eh? Did your guitar throw flames or just itty bitty little sparks?
When I was a kid, I started...are you ready for this...a dirt collection:
Pill bottles with soil from every state that I traveled through. Admittedly, there were a few that I had just gotten a tiny corner of.
I got Hawaii and Alaska on going to and returning from Vietnam in 1969 and 1970.
I wonder what ever happened to my dirt display. It was pretty complete...if not impressive to look at.
