Boy bid to "divorce" father

A 14-year-old schoolboy from Massachusetts has gone to court in a bid to to sever all ties with his father.

Patrick Holland was eight when Daniel Holland killed the boy's mom with eight shots.

"I would rather have some bum on the street be my father than you," Patrick wrote to his father, now in prison.
