Aside from the fact that the guy looks like he's just stuck his finger in a light socket I think this is great.
Nick - Mr Collina is arguably the world's finest football referee, and deserves some recognition for his talents.
Hull, however, is a dirty smelly city on England's east coast which has never recovered from having its docks bombed to sh*t by Hitler. It was voted the worst town in Britain last year, and is also "Britain's Fattest Town" and "Britain's Town With The Most Teenage Pregnancies".
I hope for his sake he didn't have to go there to pick up his certificate!
