Who is this artist (contemporary framed graphic lifesaver)

this was given to me by some very wealthy people who i used to be friends with. the artist is a friend of theirs and i don't remember the name. i would ask them, but they no longer speak to me - not even reply with a "don't bother us" note or anything.

this is not a very stablished artist that i know off so it's probably a very long shot. i tried image searching and can't find anything even resembling it.
