I'd give more to certain charities/causes, have an accountant, bigger bank accounts and more taxes. That's about it.

what about you?

Easy.
1. I would pay off my bills (student loans, credit cards, etc...: @$12,000).
2. I would buy a 1 bedroom apartment in Brooklyn.
3. Set the remainder (if any into an account that I'll use for my condo or coop maintenance fees).

My biggest fear of becoming homeless would be indefinitely deferred for a great while.
