Hello all,
I have an e-commerce store, and am planning to eventually ship internationally; however, I want to make sure that I am protected legally (sole proprietor). More specifically, I want to know the legal power my Terms of Service holds in other countries (I am situated in the US).

Contact a lawyer and hire him or her to do this.
What you are asking is worth some bucks and no one is going to just give it to you for free.
