It's okay to flash your private parts in Trento, Italy - as long as it's all in good fun.
That's the ruling of a court that tossed out obscenity charges against a home-care worker who flashed his pierced penis at an 80-year-old woman.
The judge supported the man's claim that he bared himself "in the spirit of fun and games".
Now there's something he wouldn't get away with in America!
