Software needed for Small Scale Business Management (Stationery Distribution)

I have a Stationary Business and I want a software that could be used to store various data regarding the import of items, the total sales of items, profit or losses and various other statistics. Can anyone suggest some good softwares and freewares??

You're looking for a database. If your data needs aren't too huge, go with Microsoft Access, which is easy for non-data people to learn.
