some days back I touched a girl's butt accidentally and again after some 30 sec but this time deliberately but this girl didn't got angry on me and kept on standing near me and I know this girl but we are not friends.

Us males always acts stupid in one way or another around you ladies.
An that even sadly apply to males who should be far too old to act in that manner.

Given some of the questions we see here, I'd say males and females are equally capable of behaving stupidly.
