Replacment ic for a r/c car?

Does anyone no a suitable replacment for 2 ic's the frist one (the car's ic) has "Rx-2 20805022"
printed on it, the other one (the controller ic) has "Tx-2 20925028" on it

any help would be appreciated thanx
