Since you only provided head shots of three woman and one close up head shot of a woman wearing what might be a dress, it is impossible to say what style of dress it is.

You never showed the dress, just the face and neck line!

I bet on a horse at the races, an event we took some friends to, because it had gold and white, black and white after this dress went viral I went for it, you never know... $5 later, I won $300, I like that dress.!!!!

It seems to me to be a cross between a kimono and kaftan in style.
