Maybe do a google search for ' cat health questions'
that might get y ou some information.

Is there any way YOU can pay for the Vet visit? Or maybe get your parents to understand how you feel?
I agree with you , i hate to see an animal suffer no matter what anyone else says.
Maybe if you tell your parents that.. they may listen?

I recommend the vet. This could be feline distemper and all the cats could catch it. Distemper can be fatal.

Noddy is right ( as usual ;-) )
Distemper can get to all animals. So if your parents still want to 'ignore it' remind them how many other animals you have that will catch the disease. If they still refuse... do yourself and the kitten a favor and call the city pound, or some kind of animal rescue.
If you cant get your parents to help, and you cant do it yourself, then call someone who can!

I agree with the others. The cat needs to see a vet one way or another.

Is it possible for a human that comes in contact with the cat to get distemper or whatever it is?

Look, I'm not a vet--and if I were a vet, I wouldn't diagnose an animal over the internet.

You have a sick cat. Perhaps the critter will get better all by itself. Perhaps not. You need a vet.

Feline distemper doesn't affect people. Cat scratch fever does. You need a vet.

I agree with Noddy. The kitten seriously needs to see a vet ASAP. If you can't get the cat to a vet, PLEASE call the ASPCA or whatever animal society you have in your area to come and get the cat. I think it's very cruel for you to do nothing while this poor cat suffers.

Make the call now!!!!!!

If the cat is vomiting then it's only a matter of time before the cat dies of dehydration!!!

Cat Scratch Fever can definitely affect people.

If you cannot take the cat to the vet, you know what you have to do.

The little guy itsn't vomiting any more and he seems better. I concluded that the cat had a mild stroke because one side of the body isn't in sync with the other side. If he's gonna progress he's gonna have to work hard but i make sure he eats Very Happy and the dogs don't bother him.

Thanks for all the advice.
