i want to ask about plagiarism in a final project document
example
I have 2 document
1 is mine and the other one is my friend's
so the question is
if the abstract section in my document is 100% same with my friend's, can we say that my document is 100% plagiarism?
give me a proper source if you can

Why not ask your school? It's their decision that matters, after all.

because my final project is about an information system that can detect a plagiarism in two document from the abstract
and my lecture ask me to find a source that say plagiarism in final project document can be determined from the abstract

Then Google
plagiarism checker or
plagiarism detector. It's highly unlikely that there is anything specifically out there to check abstracts except as a part of the whole.
