The following sentences have been taken from Reader's Digest.

"We go into the kitchen to find Beth standing
over a buffet of sandwiches with little pickles
arranged just so and a mix of fresh vegetables and dip. Hmmm, good timing. Because, come to think of it, Hunger is here."

What is meant with "come to think of it, Hunger is here."?
