This is a two sided question. One. How do you get white people to listen without blowing up. Two. How do we keep black people aware to stay patient. that at the end of the day. We need white allies for change.

Maybe stop treating races as a monolith, as if there were a one size fits all solution for anyone. Maybe make that Job One.
Or just forget about the fiction of race altogether and think about people, instead. The sooner society reaches that point, the better.
I always tell people that I am aware of only one race -- the human race. We are all people of color. Only the Joker in Batman comics and movies is actually "white."
