Hello. I run a anti racism blog. I'm currently introducing white privilege. slowly. http://www.teamcnc.org/white-privilege/ I think it is so important for white allies. However i understand it is going to be a low process. I've seen over time. White peoples perspective change. It always take just that one sentence. That one situation & they realize. I believe if we can get a vast white following truly believing & seeing in the injustice. They would want to change it.
