What applications would be suitable for a battery that produces 10 volts and 6amps (60Watts)?

An industrial or marine battery perhaps? Automotive is not probable because it is 12 volt in most modern applications. What or where are you getting this?

Fri I presume dc. So you might use it to charge 5 or 6 one-and-half volt rech connected in series

Sounds like what might also be used by mobility scooters.

When I had many questions about batteries for mobility scooters a few years ago, I found this site and the people working their customer service lines to be very informed and informative. See if it helps you.

Here y' are Fri, a 10-v battery is probably suitable powering most any of these 9-v apps
