How strong is AES block cipher with CCM cipher mode encryption algorithm?

If I give you encrypted text that is encrypted using AES block cipher with CCM cipher mode, how long would it take you to crack the key and give me the original unencrypted text? The key is a 4 digit password that is encrypted using SJCL (Stanford Javascript Crypto Library) in a mobile device that strengthens passwords by a factor of 1000 and salts them to protect against rainbow tables.
