What type of bluetooth tags will be used for tracking objects?

These bluetooth tags will be attached to objects so that they can be tracked from your mobile phone bluetooth. Is there any other name commonly used for bluetooth tags?

Bluetooth is not a great way to track objects. RFID tags work better if you don't need to send information between devices.
