ROCKS DRIPPING WATER?

Anyone know why some coastal rock formations in Southern Victoria (Aus) would be dripping water in the morning (quite a bit) from under the overhangs. No rain in previous 3 days but quite humid temperatures and lots of rain 2 weeks prior. Completely dry on top - no pools etc and well above the high tide line with minimal wind previous 3 days to give spray. Do they absorb water etc? Strange phenomena...
