It's where you drink carbonated lemon flavoured drink and all your teeth fall out.

Benefit = You won't annoy the neighbours any more with your whistling.

No I don't think your teeth would fall out, but the use of laxatives is linked to bulimia and anorexia, so healthy, it is not.
