@Letty,
Well, like a turtle, I'll swim back later. Maybe some of
my friends will be here.
Right now, Latin George is the only one that I have left.

Sad

@Letty,
I guess I'll have to be my own friend now:

Sorry for the politics.Sad

Anyone remember Woodstock? It had to do with Marijuana.

Saying good afternoon with two songs that came from that era:

First, Jefferson Airplane:

Now an old time trio:

@George,
Good to see my long time friend back, and I Took a Trip on a Train by Tony was great.

Two songs for the morning here. First a secular song:

"Sunday Morning" is a real good Sunday song.
My youngest son was visiting this weekend for his older brother's birthday.
I just got in from dropping him off at South Station to get a bus back to
Connecticut.

@George,
Thanks for the comment, dear friend, and although my son is gone, I am remembering happier times with him and my daughter.

Love Kevin Mahogany doing Wild Honey My Romance.

A reminder of funny muppets on Sesame Street:

Elmo is a Muppet character on the children's television show Sesame Street. He is a furry red monster with a falsetto voice, who hosts the last full fifteen-minute segment on Sesame Street, "Elmo's World", which is aimed at toddlers.

Now, dear Andre:

I hope my long time friend edgar will move this fantantic group back to
its original place.

From Letty with love to everyone here.

@George,
Ah, my long time friend, I really don't know why about Andre. Smile

I really enjoyed Chaka Khan doing Hire Wire. Yes, she does great jazz.

Hurry back, because it's Monday here in our Florida radio station,and
my equipment is misbehaving again.

Two songs now. First a tribute to a great country singer, George Jones
whose birthday is today.

Now, some history, y'all.

@George,
Yes, dear friend, his name was Lord Raglan when he
lived in Whales and when he moved to England, he added
the British "d" (Lord Ragland, was my ancestor.)

Loved Keely doing that Boogie song, Latin George.

I used to sing this one set to music when I was a child.

Here is the plain poem, however.
