Good late morning from here in our Florida radio station.

I recall having asked edgar to create radio III and he knows why.

Craven liked Radio I and even asked to keep it going when my
husband died and I had to leave.

Just a memory jog.

We did away with the rating system because it didn't match the
format of a real radio station, and instead, to comment on what
was played here, and he recently stopped.

Let's listen to three songs for Friday here:

First, Morning Girl by The Lettermen:

Now, Aretha and George:

Saying good afternoon now, and here is a wonderful song with thai lyrics;

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ck_5r5gMltc

The original was by Bernedette Peters and hers had the thai ones.

Thailand (Thai: ราชอาณาจักรไทย), formerly known as Siam (Thai: สยาม), is a country at the centre of the Indochinese peninsula in Southeast Asia. With a total area of approximately 513,000 km2 (198,000 sq mi), Thailand is the world's 51st-largest country. It is the 20th-most-populous country in the world, with around 66 million people. The capital and largest city is Bangkok.

I still think our creator is still my friend.

If you like George Benson, you'll love his rendition of "Summertime".

@George,
Ah, my long time friend, Latin George, I loved George Benson doing Summertime. My older sister sang that one as well.

I realize that I lost the original, but that song wasn't bad, right?

Well, it's a lovely sunny Sunday here in our Florida, so I think that I will
play these three songs:

First, a choir:

Now, a couple of secular songs:

Hurry back, George

@Letty,

Does Chet Baker get enough plays on the Radio? Here he is now, with his treatment of a much loved standard.

@McTag,
Ah, my long time friend, McTag. Chet was doing my telling song.

Every time we say goodbye, I cry a little Every time we say goodbye wonder why a little,
Why the Gods above me, who must be in the know.
Think so little of me, they allow you to go.
When you're near, there's such an air of spring about it,
I can hear a lark somewhere, begin to sing about it,
There's no love song finer, but how strange the change from major to
minor,
Everytime we say goodbye.

Of course we all know The Yellow Rose of Texas was a Mulatto gal.

Here's a great golden oldie that I used to think was English, but they
are from Texax, too.
