Good Sunday morning from out Florida radio station.

Had some problems with the equipment here yesterday.

Latin George, Loved those Byrds, and Mr. Creator, Etta
doing Sunday Kind of Love was great.

Once again, looking back at happier times when someone
made my late husband a Kentucky Colonel.

My father of course was referred to as Daddy.

First, our hymn for today:

Now, a wonderful memory of Poppy Montgomery whose birthday is today:

@edgarblythe,
Ah, Mr. Creator, love that golden oldie by Vaughn. I noticed that Vera Lynn did it as well.

Here are a couple of golden oldies as our secular songs for today:

First, Ella Mae Morse:

Now Leonardo (no, not De Venci)

Hmmm, maybe edgar is taking a cat nap. Roger and I do all the time:

Maybe "the jester's" bells will wake him up as well as all of our listeners:

@edgarblythe,
Well, Mr. Creator, I love "the man in black" doing One Too Many Mornings.

As
edgar knows one doesn't have to be a theist to enjoy hymns:

First, the instrumental version:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l-KUzjs8yb0

I bet my friend Latin George will like this one.

Now, the lyrics:

The Bells of St. Mary's
Ah, hear they are calling

The young loves, the true loves
Who come from the sea

And so my beloved
When red leaves are falling
The love bells shall ring out, ring out
For you and me

@George,
Thanks, Latin George, for keeping our radio on the air.

Love Birds of Chicago by that lady and Dim Stars was great.

Hurry back to Monday.

In spite of it all, I still think edgarblythe is my friend. <sniff>

Three songs for the day here in our Florida radio station.

First, Shirley and Lee. Many recordings have been made of this one.
