I consider sounds of silence a true masterpiece. Here are the Papas and the Mamas.

Hurry back, Mr. Creator, and thanks for your comment and personal acknowledgement. Poor Mamma Cass. Sad

Tsar, great to see you back. Didn't know that song nor the vocalist. Great one, my long time friend.

Well, heard from Latin George and he said he was a bit under the weather. I think we all know that has to do with a column of air that drifts down on one's particular section of the earth.

Three songs for today from here in a rather sultry Florida.

First, a great tribute to all of the ladies here, since it is our day. (no, not lady day)

Here's dear Nat:

Now, The Last Farewell:

Now, a famous sculpture

Now, since I did this one on stage once:

The Flower Drum Song:

We'll dedicate that one to Latin George's lovely bride. Smile

Saying good afternoon now with two songs.

First, Don McLean doing a tribute to poor Vincent and a love song.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jpV46ycq0dQ

Another history mystery. Who really killed Vincent. there is some debate over it.

Always good to have my long time friend Tsar with us as well as hearing from my other Brooklyn friend, Bert. and, of course, you dear edgar.

From Letty with love to the world.

@edgarblythe,
Ah, it's good to see you back with us. I love those nursery rhymes, and Who Killed Cock Robin was great.

Here a beautiful song to begin our day: Love the line "and your fingers touch my silent heart and taught it how to sing."

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aJ-vJI6jypM

and, y'all, another legend.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SGD0ClQ4ybM

Wednesday was named after him.

I'm truly concerned about Latin George. Nothing from him as yet.

Here's a birthday man to match our creator's Cock Robin:

I apologize for the graphics in that Lady Gaga song, but if you listen without looking it is a great song.

@edgarblythe,
Ah, Mr. Creator, I loved that song by Lady Ga Ga.

Although it's a bit past high noon, this is worth another song:
