Good Monday morning from here in our Florida radio station.

McTag, welcome back. It's been awhile, dear friend. Loved Holler's tramp by O.C. Smith. Hope you liked The Corries.

tsar, Holy Wave Surfin' was a good one too.

As I once told my Scottish friend, my having know Brigadoon had to do with hearing a jazz man play it. Only one that I could find was Chet Baker.

Ah, Mon Ami, what a dear greeting. Couldn't get your song to play here so I hope it is this one:

edgar, wish I could do photos again but that was one funny bag pipe. Smile

Here's an odd one, y'all:

and, a tribute to a great man that McTag and I both know:

Just a personal anecdote.

A lot of people are having DNA tests to find out about the blood of their ancestors.

Here is a tribute to a lady of royalty:

@edgarblythe,
Ah, Mr. Creator, thanks again for your personal acknowledgement and comment.

I love that song by Judy and Willie; as you know, I love things in a minor key.

Doris Day is still with us, and I love this song by her. It reminds me of where I used to go to do my banking business and it is now like a ghost bank.

Fil, I taught history using music, and I segmented it into different eras. One was of the Western style.

Saying good afternoon now with two versions of the same song:

An instrumental track from Lucky Peterson's last (and perhaps best ever) album, the Son of a Bluesman:

Good morning from a warmer radio station here in Florida.

edgar, I recall when I was a wee child that my older sister walked
through the door with some strange stuff in her hands. I asked her what it was
and she said, "sheet music". I thought she meant stuff written on a bed sheet. Smile

As I grew up, I learned to read sheet music and played Deep Purple on a grand piano.

Roger, Welcome back, dear friend. I knew that trio doing Drum Battle, and some time back, I had a bit of cognitive insight about people not liking me
and me not liking people, so I did What Kind of Fool am I by Sammy on stage.

Olivier5 loved Son of a Blues man by Lucky.

Two songs for the morning here. First a beautiful classic:

Now, a birthday gal:

Ah, Mr creator, thanks for your comment and personal acknowledgement.

I had no idea that "the king" did that one, but it reminded me of this song:
