@Letty,
Yes, Miss Letty, Francesco was singing in Italian.

I laughed when I realized that the clip I played the other day by the Polaris Ensemble also featured Marco Cera. Apparently, he's my musician de jour Wink

Hurry back, dear ehBeth. Funny interpretation, and I loved it. Smile

Three songs from here in our Florida Radio Station.

First, a memory of The Bee Gees:

Now, a funny one that I think may be the theme song of our forum:

Now, our hymn for today:

@edgarblythe,
Hey, Mr. Creator, thanks for the comment and personal acknowledgement.

Love Never Say Goodbye by the jester, and here is one by The King that I love because it's based on a poem:

I've been a Prakesh John fan for a long time.

His son, Jordan John is a musician to watch/listen for.

the combo is swoon-worthy

there are a few guitar riffs in this that make me giddy

g'day all!

@ehBeth,
Ah, my favorite Canadian is back with us.

Loved all of those songs, gal, but my favorite was The Flower Drum song by Nancy. I did that one on stage so long ago. Smile

Now a short poem:

Snowball
~ Shel Silverstein

I made myself a snowball,
As perfect as could be,
I thought I’d keep it as a pet,
And let it sleep with me.

I made it some pajamas,
And a pillow for its head,
Then last night it ran away,
But first - it wet the bed!

Having a few problems with the equipment here in our Florida radio station, so I'll need to check them out.

Hope all of my long time friends will keep us going.

Hope I don't disappear. Smile

Back later.

Saying good afternoon now with some interesting research that has been done on our TV monitor here.

They were doing a complete history of The Fab Four and a movie of Lee Marvin.

Inspired by my long time friend NecoNomad. Lee Marvin.

Now, George Harrison:

Hnmm. I awakened this morning saying to myself: Why are you here. Then I thought, I like to make people feel good about themselves. Then a clear little thing rode through my mind saying: That's makes you feel good about YOURSELF, Smile

I never see Olivier 5 that I don't think of this great performer:

Now, some info:

Alteration of Shang-tu, the name of an ancient city in what is now the Chinese region of Inner Mongolia, as portrayed in Coleridge's poem Kubla Khan.

In Xanadu did Kubla Khan
A stately pleasure-dome decree:
Where Alph, the sacred river, ran
Through caverns measureless to man
Down to a sunless sea.

Noah's Ark in on our tv monitor, and I recall Bud saying:
