i also need codes for a universal remote control!! asap

we have a todd oldham universal remote we bought at target a couple of years ago. we recently moved and lost the info on it. and changed tv's. there is no name brand or anything on it. the only markings i see are inside the battery thing are he021 and 17/02. the tv is jvc. thanks so much!!!
