Hey folks I salvaged an old ADT "FOCUS ONE" security system out of its former business. I would like to use it! Now ADT won't offer a peep to assist in my endevour so who out there is profient in serviceing these systems so I might proceed?

OK, as a followup I should say I got the whole system. If there IS anyone out there that has any knowledge of this system don't be shy, chime in! Im ancious to fire this baby up!

How secure can a security system be if complete strangers are allowed to install it without you knowing anything about their background or level of expertise?
Spend a dime and hire someone locally after checking out their references.
