gauges

about 2 days ago I stretched my ears to 10g. I have never strected them and skipped gauge sizes. they had been hurting for a while so I took them out last night to clean them. when I took them out they started bleeding a little. I cleaned my ear with hyrogen peroxide and put vitacilina (first aid antibiotic) on it. I haven't put them in ever since. I cleaned them again the same way twice today. both of my ears still hurt. i havent wore any earnings. please help. I don't know what to do and my ears still hurt. I still want to put gauges in. help! should I put them back in??? or wait until my ears stop hurting?
