I'm seriously considering going blond(probably bleach blonde) , but I'm not sure whether or not blonde will be a good color for me. I currently have brown hair which is my natural color. When I was younger my hair was more of a light brown. I have blue eyes. I have brown eyebrows. My hair has a red/gold tint to it in the sun. I'm pretty pale and I'm not quite sure whether I have a warm or cool skin tone. I have freckles.

Go to a department store and try on some wigs to see how you will look in various shades of blonde.

Good idea!
Since you're fair skinned and have blue eyes, blonde might suit you. On the other hand, you have to be careful to not look washed out. A strawberry blonde leaning more towards the red, would suit you probably better.
