I live in Fayetteville AR and I read the Medicare booklet and I am confused. Is there a class offered to help people who aren't that smart to understand Medicare supplements?

Yes, there are...at least in Massachusetts. These classes usually take place in motels near Boston. Check your local newspaper or contact your local medicare/Social security office for help.
