Hey Slap! It doesn't matter what the word means at this point in your life. Just keep living as you were and forget about this word.
Ballin is a small town in eastern Oklahoma. The major industry in the area, until late last year, was the production of men's foundation wear at Super Jocks factory located on the southern edge of the town. One morning last December the workers arrived to find the plant locked down and nearly empty. The managers had fled town with the remaining inventory and some days later several vans arrived to cart off the sewing and stitching machines.
The major reaction of the townspeople was 'Shucks."
The only bright spot was that each of the workers was given nine months severance pay, with no work and some money, the factory's employees settled into their houses in Ballin with nothing to do but look at each other and re-runs of Oprah. They soon discovered other ways to deter boredom and at last count ninety two of the one hundred and four women over the age of eighteen in Ballin were pregnant.
A recent effort at the city council meeting to add an apostrophe to the town's name was narrowly defeated.
Joe
No. Not really.

It points out some more expressions like "to ball", so you can improve your knowledge for future events.
Ballin, flossin, pimpin. Making money the flashy way. Actually it could be used in different context however. I was straight ballin on these niggas.

Yea, you missed out Skel. The link was to a little fat meatball jammin' to Tupac.
ballin
Ballin' refers to making a lot of money. The origin comes from selling "balls" of crack cocaine. A "ball" of crack is larger than a "rock" but smaller than a "boulder." A "baller" is one who sells "balls," and consequently is bringing in "hella scrills." "He jus' be ballin' out of control since he started workin' for his self."

I think a baller is a basketball player in most circles.
But then again, I don't hang out with the drug crowd.
And I'm "old" so what do I know?
Tell that to Danny Kaye:
Ballin' the Jack
(Whooo hoo hoo hoo, oh you dog)
First you put your two knees close up tight
You swing them to the left and then you swing them to the right
Step around the floor kinda nice and light
And then you twist around, twist around with all of your might
Spread your lovin' arms way out in space
You do the eagle rock with such style and grace
You put your left foot out and then you bring it back
That's what I call ballin' the jack
Oh, don't do me that way
Listen to that man go, he's crazy, I swear, he's crazy
Now follow me closely on this one, real closely and do me after me
First you put your two knees close up tight, real close, real close
Swing then to the left and then you swing them to the right,
Oh you're delicious
Step around the floor kinda nice and light
And then you twist around, twist around with all of your might
Spread your lovin' arms way out in space
You do the eagle rock with such style and grace
You put your left foot out and then you bring it back
That's what I call ballin' the jack
